Return and Refund Policy

At SNF MART, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help with a simple and transparent return and refund process.


1. Return Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Returned with original tags and packaging intact
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order ID or receipt)

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.


2. Return Timeframe
You may request a return within 3 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.


3. Refund Process and Timing
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • The amount will be credited back to your original payment method
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

4. Exchange Options
We offer exchanges for size or product (subject to availability). If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us within the return window. If the requested item is unavailable, you may choose a refund instead.


5. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos as proof. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.


6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
  • Used or worn items
  • Products without original tags or packaging
  • Certain hygiene-related items (if applicable)

7. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong, defective, or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping cost
  • For all other returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges
